1.Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2.Refund & Returns Only — No Exchanges
Wavzox only offers refunds for eligible returned items.
We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.
If you would like a different product, color, or model, please place a new order separately after your refund has been processed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
