By browsing the Site, registering an account, placing an order or completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Warranty Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Site or purchase any WAVZOX products.
1. Eligibility to Use & Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old or reach the age of majority in your U.S. or residential state to place orders. All billing, shipping and personal information you provide must be accurate and valid. Commercial resale, alteration or counterfeiting of WAVZOX products requires our written consent. We reserve the right to decline orders or suspend accounts for fraud, return abuse or policy violations.
2. Account Management
You are solely responsible for your account login credentials and account safety. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access, and we are not liable for losses caused by your password disclosure. Multiple fake accounts created to abuse discounts will be banned, and linked orders will be canceled immediately.
3. Product Information
We ensure accurate listings for WAVZOX speaker size, color and technical specs. All product images and audio demos are for reference only. Sound performance varies based on personal playback devices and indoor environment. All standard WAVZOX speakers are consumer-grade audio devices, not professional studio monitors unless clearly marked.
4. Pricing Policy
All listed prices do not include import taxes, sales tax, customs fees or additional shipping surcharges unless marked tax-included. We may adjust product pricing and promotional offers at any time without prior notice, and changes will not affect finalized paid orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders submitted under obvious pricing errors with no extra compensation.
5. Order Rules
Submitted and paid orders constitute your purchase offer to WAVZOX. A binding sales contract is confirmed once we send an order shipment confirmation email. We may cancel orders for out-of-stock inventory, payment risk verification, invalid shipping addresses or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Payment Terms
We only accept bank transfers and credit card payments. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount. All bank transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility. Every order will go through anti-fraud verification before fulfillment.
7. Shipping & Customs Liability
All delivery services follow our official Shipping Policy. The customer is responsible for all U.S. local customs fees, import duties and package detention fees.We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs holds or incorrect customer shipping details. Product ownership and loss risk transfer to the customer once the carrier picks up the package.
8. Warranty & After-Sales Notice
All authentic WAVZOX speakers come with official limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage is voided by man-made damage, self-disassembly, water damage or unauthorized product modification. All return requests must comply with our Return & Warranty Policy.
