1.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers. Please select your preferred method at checkout.
For bank transfer orders, shipment will be processed after funds are received.
2.Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only to the United States and Europe. We do not ship to other regions at this time.
3.How long does delivery take after shipping?
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days from the ship date (order processing time not included).
Customs, holidays, or extreme weather may cause delays.
4.Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We only offer standard shipping.
5.Do you accept returns?
Yes, but we do not offer exchanges. You may request a return within 3–7 days of delivery. Requests made after that window will not be accepted.
6.Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible before your order status changes to “Shipped.” Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
